Is SMET a store?
No. We're not a marketplace and we don't hold inventory. Concierge researches the open web and helps you buy from real merchants. In Copilot you approve every purchase.
How is this different from ChatGPT for shopping?
Chat hands you an answer. Concierge runs a mission: sources, comparisons, history, and a purchase proposal you sign off on. It's a system you return to, not a one-off reply.
Will it buy things without asking me?
Not in Copilot. Every purchase needs your tap. Autopilot, with rules you set, comes later.
Do brands pay to be ranked #1?
No pay-to-rank in consumer research. Partner revenue is walled off from how we pick the best option for you.
